Remaking Art Challenge
Museums all over the world have been asking people to remake famous artworks with household items. Hosmer students and staff looked at many works of art and chose one to remake with objects at home. They were encouraged to recreate and reinterpret the chosen work, considering poses and composition, and use objects such as Legos, stuffed animals, even food.
Forced Perspective Photo Challenge
Forced perspective is a type of optical illusion that can make an object appear farther away, closer, larger or smaller than it actually is! This is due to the angle or distance they have been shot from. Hosmer students and staff were challenged to create a forced perspective photo by either making a subject smaller, making a subject bigger, bending gravity or merging subjects.
